Our Program
Treatment at Smoky Mountain Lodge is built around our proprietary Social Integration Model™ — a clinically grounded framework that moves beyond symptom stabilization to develop the social, emotional, and functional skills clients need to thrive after discharge. Every treatment plan is individualized, combining evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) with psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and family therapy.
Our Care Through Culinary™ program integrates nutrition as a core component of clinical care, recognizing the established connection between physical wellness and mental health outcomes. Together, these elements form a whole-person approach designed to produce meaningful, measurable progress.
