As a Life Skills Coach, Tony is responsible for coaching and inspiring our clients to become successful beyond treatment, specifically around life skills for sustainable independent living. Often our clients are just ‘stuck’ in life and Tony ensures he meets each, where they’re at in their own personal journey. To do so, he completes a comprehensive life skills assessment, as a tool to help guide in setting goals, that are realistic and can be achieved. Life skills learned during treatment can include household chores, cooking, meal planning and shopping; to personal budgeting, time management, resume writing, and college enrollment. It’s very gratifying to see many of our clients leave with job offers, job interviews, college acceptance or simply the ability to complete activities for daily living. Tony believes the elements of a well-rounded routine can help clients reduce chances for a relapse, reduce stress and offer more time to relax. So, prior to each client transitioning back into their own communities, his clients leave with a customized routine. Tony received his Bachelor’s, in Business Administration, from Strayer University. He completed his Advanced Certificate, in Life Coaching, from Light University.
