Nikki, a native of Kalamazoo, MI, has over 25 years of Human Resources experience in diverse roles and industries. She spent 18 years serving as an integral part of a leading mental health practice, contributing significantly to its growth and operational excellence. Her most recent experience as Director of HR leveraged a comprehensive understanding of HR strategies to foster a positive workplace culture and drive organizational success through recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. Nikki earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2023 proving her commitment to professional development and mastery of HR practices. Nikki is passionate about creating a supportive environment where employees can thrive, and mental health is prioritized. In her free time, Nikki enjoys floating on the lake, reading, and spending time with her family.
