Prior to joining Pasadena Villa, Leslie worked as a Patient Care Coordinator at a large residential facility, specializing in discharge planning for clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
In her current role, Leslie supports clients throughout their entire journey, from intake to discharge. She also serves as the Client Rights Advocate, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality care, and as the Alumni Coordinator, maintaining connections with clients as they continue their recovery. Passionate about mental health, Leslie finds immense fulfillment in witnessing the growth and progress of each individual. Her dedication stems from a genuine love for helping others and a belief that everyone deserves compassion and understanding in their lives.
