Kimberly Sumpter

Kimberly Sumpter grew up in Colorado, where her family still resides, and attended the University of Colorado – Boulder. Kimberly has spent the last 25 years working in the HR field, focusing on employee relations, engagement, and retention. She relocated from SD to Tennessee in late 2021 along with her three children, Elizabeth (19), Cooper (17) and Perry (16). She previously worked at Parkwest Medical
Center and has a background in healthcare. In her free time, you can find Kimberly watching her son play soccer and varsity golf for William Blount High School, chasing around her teacup Chihuahua/Jack Russell terrier pup, Queso, and exploring new restaurants around Knoxville.
