Located just outside of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Pasadena Villa’s Smoky Mountain Lodge provides a contrast to the city environment of Pasadena Villa®, offering a serene mountain environment that utilizes our successful and unique Social Integration Model.
Social, cultural and recreational activities in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Knoxville allow for full implementation of our Social Integration Model. Providing real life experiences and offering coaching in real time are the program’s core goals.
The program, licensed by the Department of Mental Health, offers private bedrooms and large activity areas in an awe-inspiring mountain lodge setting. The close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park allows us to incorporate a variety of outdoor recreational activities into the programming, including:

Supported Treatment Housing
Many clients with cognitive and emotional deficits progress enough to not need residential treatment, but still require support to live successfully within the community. Our supported housing services provide social, housing and life skills supports to clients living in their own residences, and not in licensed treatment facilities. Our staff assists clients in finding and securing appropriate housing. This support provided protects individual dignity, promotes confidence and builds patterns of functional and healthy living.

OASIS – Outreach and Social Integration Services aftercare
Our comprehensive aftercare service is called OASIS – Outreach and Social Integration Services. The aftercare program is a collaboration between the client, family, community professionals and our OASIS Coordinator. Through intensive case management, OASIS is designed to improve the likelihood of success during the critical social integration phase after discharge.
